  1. 6 mediumgarlic pods
  2. 2 mediumonions
  3. 4 smallgreen chillies
  4. 1 stickcinnamon
  5. 1clove
  6. 1cardamom
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 6 tbspoil
  9. 2 tbspghee
  10. 1 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  11. 1 cupbasmati rice
  12. 10roasted cashews

  1. 1

    heat oil and ghee in the cooker

  2. 2

    Add cinnamon, cardamom and clove.fry the thinnly sliced onion, garlic pods and unsliced green chillies

  3. 3

    Soak basmati rice for 15 minutes, then strain it completely

  4. 4

    Add the strained rice to the fried onions and fry itfor 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add coconut milk to the rice, Add salt and mint leaves to it

  6. 6

    close the lid and wait for steam and put weight. Keep in highflame for 5 minutes and low flame for 5 minutes. wait for pressure tosettle anddecorate with roasted cashews
