These are a hit at gatherings and especially delicious. If you have a party, you can prepare them the day before by rolling them up, and then cook them the next day.

Mix all the stuffing ingredients with the soaked and washed rice.

Boil the grape leaves for 20 minutes.

Remove, drain, roll them up, and arrange them in the pot.

Once you finish the batch, add hot water to cover them, place a plate on top of the grape leaves, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let them cook for two hours. Add lemon juice and salt.

Once cooked, turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and enjoy!
