Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cuptomatos, peeled and crushed
  2. 3/4 cupgreen bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1/2 cuplong hot pepper, chopped
  4. 1/2 cupcayenne pepper, chopped
  5. 1/4 cuphabanero pepper, chopped
  6. 1 cuponion, chopped
  7. 1/3 cupapple cider vinegar
  8. 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  9. 2 tbspcilantro
  10. 2 tspsalt
  11. ground black pepper
  12. tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, mix together all ingredients except tomato paste.

    Heat until bubbling, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

    Add tomato paste for added body and thickness until desired consistency is reached. Continue cooking until well combined.

    Cool, then pour into jars. Refrigerate, or "can" salsa in a hot water bath for 15 mins.

Replace the habanero pepper with some Carolina reaper pepper then you can call it XXX!! :ohyeaah
