Ingredients

  1. Meat and meat sauce
  2. 100 gramsbeef
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspsesame oil
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. Vegetables and other
  7. 200 gramsmildly seasoned spinach
  8. 350 gramsmildly seasoned bean sprout
  9. 100 gramsshiitake mushroom
  10. 120 gramszucchini or carrot
  11. 1/4 tbspminced garlic
  12. 4 cupsteamed rice
  13. 4eggs
  14. 1vegetable oil to cook meat, mushroom, zucchini, eggs
  15. 1 tspground salt
  16. 1Korean seasoned seaweed cutted in strips (optional)
  17. Bibimbap sauce
  18. 2 tbspgochujang
  19. 1 tbspsesame oil
  20. 1 tbspsugar
  21. 1 tbspwater
  22. 1 tbsproasted sesame seed
  23. 1 tspvinegar
  24. 1 tspminced garlic

  1. 1

    For meat, mix the beef with the meat sauce listed. Leave it for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Add some vegetable oil on the wok and cook the shiitake mushroom (thinly sliced) on medium high tohigh heat until they are all cooked.

  3. 3

    Wash, and cut the zucchini/carrot in strips. Add some vegetable oil and salt in a wok and cook the zucchini on medium high to high heat for 2-3 mins

  4. 4

    Cook the marinated beef in a wok with a little amount of oil. Wait for it to turn light brown then turn off the heat.

  5. 5

    Make fried eggs (Sunny side up or anythingbyou want)

  6. 6

    Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl

  7. 7

    Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed, egg and the bibimbap sauce on top of the rice.

  8. 8

    Serve it

    Mix the ingredients well in the bowl and enjoy it.
