Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped mix vegetables like onions, bellpaper
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 5-8kadi patta
  5. 5-6kaju
  6. 1 tspchana dal
  7. 1/2 tspchopped chillies
  8. 1/2 tspchopped adrak
  9. as par tastesalt
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 2 cupwater
  12. 1 cupmilk

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai and saute mustard seeds. Add kadi patta, chillies, adrak, kaju, chanadal and saute for 2 minutes minutes.

    Add veggies and roast till little dry.

    Add chilli powder, salt and give nice mix Add water, milk. stir continuously till bubble are formed.
