  2. 1 tspOil -
  3. as requiredWater -
  4. For filling
  5. 1/2 bowlLeft over ladoo -
  6. 1 tspAlmond powder -
  7. 1 tspCashew nuts powder -
  8. 1 tspCrushed pistachio -
  9. 1/4 tspCardamom powder -
  10. 2 tbspOil -

  1. 1

    Mix all the listed ingredients to make a filling.

    Mix wheat flour,1 tbsp oil and make a soft dough with the help of water.

    Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

    Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.

    Then roll out the paratha.

    Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.

    Serve hot with pickles or lemon chutney.
