Wash potatoes properly, peel and slice them length wise thinly.

Boil sliced potatoes for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, add all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt and oil, mix everything properly with your clean hand.

Add boiled potato and mix it gently so everything is coated well.

Now it's time prepare batter, in another container add all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt and oil, mix it properly with your clean hand.

Once done add little water at a time and make a smooth batter out of it.

Add Potato and mix it gently till everything is coated well.

Deep fry them in hot oil twice(This will help in making crispy honey chilli potato)

For sauce, put a pan on flame add oil, add ginger and garlic saute for 30 secs.

Add finely chopped onion and capsicum, saute for 1 minute.

Add black pepper powder, salt(add little sauce as soy sauce itself has salt)Add vinegar, saute for 10 secs.

Switch off the flame add deep fried crispy potato mix it gently till potatoes are coated well.

Add Honey, spring onion, and dry roasted sesame seed.

Mix it well CRISPY HONEY CHILLI POTATO is ready !!
