Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cupschestnut flour (about 350 grams)
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 2 1/2 cupswater (about 600 ml)
  4. as neededOlive oil,
  5. 1/2 cuppine nuts (about 70 grams)
  6. 1/2 cupraisins (about 70 grams)
  7. 5-6walnuts

  1. 1

    Sift the chestnut flour into a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the water, a pinch of salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Let the batter rest for two hours.

  4. 4

    Stir in the pine nuts, raisins, and walnuts.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with olive oil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
