Ideal for when you're craving a milkshake or just something sweet. Tasty as a quick breakfast or just a snack.

Throw all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less milk to obtain preferred consistency.

The banana can be peeled and frozen a few hours before making the shake to obtain a milkshake-like texture.

Almond/oat milk or amother dairy free alternative can be used to make this recipe vegan. Also emit honey.
