Wash and cut the fish

Add salt to taste and water

When the fish boils bring it out and allow to cool remove all the bones and mash the fish

Place your pot/pan on the gas cooker /Stove add groundnut oil

Add the chopped bell peppers, green peas, allow to cook and mix at interval add your Maggi cubes/salt to taste

Add the mashed fish and stir then add the spring onion allow to simmer your sauce is ready

Put a clean pan on the gas cooker /stove add your groundnut oil start frying your plantain as many as you can. Or use deep fryer it's faster.
