  • Cookie
  • 1 cupButter
  • 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1Egg
  • 3 cupFlour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • Icing
  • 1milk
  • 1icing sugar
  • Topping
  • 1raspberry jam
  • 1maraschino cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and egg until light

  2. 2

    Sift in dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Roll dough and attack with cookie cutters. Transfer to baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Combine icing sugar and milk until it is thick but spreadable.

  6. 6

    Cover half of baked cookies with jam and then with another cookie. Add a dollop of icing sugar and top with a quarter of a cherry.
