Once I learn a new recipe I prefer to cook it often to master the skill. I tried pizza again and made it vegetarian. I made mu dough softer I discovered the secret of let it rest even as long as 1 hour.

Pizza dough; add the sugar and yeast in a cup and fill the cup quarter way with hot water. The yeast should start to get bubbly within 5 to 10 minutes and form thick foam.

Add flour in a bowl and salt. Add the foamy yeast and a little amount of water and knead to combine the dough.

Tranfer dough in a flat surface and knead well. Dust and rest for atlist 20 minutes. Resting ensures its softened and risen.

Pizza sauce base. You can use ready made tomato paste or make one at home. Blend tomatoes, garlic, ginger and basil.

Fry chopped onion add the paste and season with salt, black and cayenne pepper. Allow to thicken and set aside.

Cut all your toppings. Be as creative. I opten vegetables

Grate your mozarella.

When your dough is well rested. Dust is and flatten it to form a circular shape. For beginners. A thick dough will be easy to work with about.25inches. Grease the baking tray with olive oil lay over your dough and work from there.

Fork it(optional) apply the pizza base sauce

Sprinkle some mozarella cheese.

Arrange the toppings. Allow your creativity to be in control here

Sprinkle some more mozarella and press ingredients together gently.

Sprinlkle your cheddar cheese.... its optional. But it gives some nice yellow colour

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. When crust is crispy your good to go.
