Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 cupsBeans
  2. 2cksp Palmoil
  3. 4 piecesFresh tomatoes
  4. 2fresh Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 2Onion
  7. 3ripe Plantain
  8. 2Maggi
  9. 2cksp Crayfisf
  10. 1Ginger
  11. 1Garlic
  12. 1Tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil beans for 30minutes with a pressure pot.

  2. 2

    Allow it to cool for at least 5minutes.

  3. 3

    Then drain water and wash.

  4. 4

    Put back the beans on fire,slice onion and add,grate ginger and garlic and add.

  5. 5

    Boil for 10minutes.add crayfish,pepper and tumeric.

  6. 6

    Cut the plantain and add into the beans.

  7. 7

    Boil for 12minutes.add salt and stir.

  8. 8

    Boil for 2mins.add sliced fresh tomatoes.

  9. 9

    Stir very well with wooden stirrer for 30seconds and put off the heat.
