Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspButter
  2. 1 largeButternut sqaush
  3. 1 largeZucchini
  4. 2 largeCarrots
  5. 1 largeOnion
  6. 1 boxElbow noodles
  7. 3/4 cupGrated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  8. 3/4 cupParmesan cheese
  9. 1 dashGarlic
  10. 2 canSpaghetti sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350. Clean and cut squash, zucchini, carrots, and onion into small pieces

  2. 2

    In a large skillet, melt butter and add veggies

  3. 3

    Prepare pasta as box says

  4. 4

    Once the veggies are almost done cooking, add spaghetti sauce and garlic and continue mixing

  5. 5

    Drain pasta and place back into pot. Add the veggie/sauce mixture to the noodles and mix

  6. 6

    Add the resulting mixture to a large pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese (or cheese or your choice) onto the top

  7. 7

    Bake in oven until cheese is melted and you can't wait any longer to eat!
