Ingredients

  1. 2 each10 oz. packages of frozen spinach, thawed.
  2. 1 cupParmesan cheese, firmly packed.
  3. 2 cupPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix, crushed.
  4. 1/2 cupButter, melted.
  5. 4 eachGreen Onions, chopped.
  6. 3 eachEggs
  7. 1 dashNutmeg, optional.

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach well.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.

    Shape into one inch balls.

  4. 4

    Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with Dijon Mustard.
