2 each10 oz. packages of frozen spinach, thawed.
1 cupParmesan cheese, firmly packed.
2 cupPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix, crushed.
1/2 cupButter, melted.
4 eachGreen Onions, chopped.
3 eachEggs
1 dashNutmeg, optional.

Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach well.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.

Shape into one inch balls.

Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.

Serve with Dijon Mustard.
