I started making this several years ago when we were having trouble making ends meet and only had a random assortment of food in the house, aside from ramen noodles of course. We had a half a roll of sausage, half a bag hashbrowns, some green beans, some gravy mix, and some cheese. There wasn't really enough of anything to make anything, so I just threw it all in a pan. Much to our surprise and delight, I had just created our new favorite dinner!

*It is hard to plate it and make it look nice, but the taste more than makes up for that!!

*Also, I have tried it with many different vegetables, but green beans worked the best. Fresh or frozen broccoli would be good as well, but then my husband wouldn't eat it, lol.
