Steps

Boil tomatoes, garlic, onions, ginger, cashews and grind it into a paste.

Heat a kadhai & pour some oil, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder & mix it well for 2 mins.

Add the paste to the kadhai & mix it properly such that all the spices start to leave oil on it's sides.

And at last add egg curry powder, salt, pour half glass of water, mix it well & simmer it for 5 mins.

For the last stage cut boiled eggs into half & add it to the paste & simmer it for another 5 mins.

You are done with your egg curry just garnish it with some coriander & serve hot with roti or rice.
