Ingredients

  • 1 kgbeef
  • 1large onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoonrajah curry spice
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • sprinkle coriander
  • 1small green pepper
  • 3tablespoons meat marinade

Steps

1:30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop onion put in your pot add beef marinade and all spices cook in a medium heat

  2. 2

    Grate tomatoes dice the green pepper

  3. 3

    When beef is cooked add oil tomato green pepper and beef stock

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for 20 minutes then serve with vegetable rice
