  1. 1/2 lbGround beef
  2. 5 largeSpicy peppers
  3. 1/2 cupParm cheese
  4. 2 tbspButter
  5. 1/4 cupSour cream
  6. 1 dashGarlic powder
  7. 1Onion
  8. 1 dashOlive oil
  9. 2Jalapeños

    Brown the beef and set aside

    Slice large peppers in half and remove seeds

  3. 3

    Slice onions and jalapeños into thin strips and mix with olive oil. Dash of salt and pepper to taste. Put these on the bottom of your baking. Pan

    Mix 1/4 cup of Parma cheese with beef and stuff the peppers. Line these in the pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

    While this is baking make your sauce: melt the butter and add in the sour cream. Add garlic to taste. Slowing add the remaining cheese. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.

    When peppers are done, place them on a plate and drizzle sauce over the top.
