Nothing to tell really, besides that I use every chance I can to come up with a new risotto recipe ;)
Steps

Chop the garlic, onion and sausage
- 2
Put the broth to low boil (I used vegetable broth, but feel free to use any kind)

Sauté the garlic, onion and sausage with olive oil
- 4
Add the rice and continue sautéing for about 1 minute (the goal is to make the rice turn more transparent)

Add the wine and mix well
- 6
Add broth until you barely cover the rice, stir constantly until the broth is almost completely absorbed by the rice, the repeat. You will do this for approximately 20/30 minutes, until rice reached your desired softness.

When the rice is ready mix in the cheese and serve!
