In a skillet, brown ground turkey with small amount of EVOO, 1 tbs of garlic, and spices (ground NM red chile, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, salt and pepper)

Drain and rinse one can of black beans. Drain tomatoes.

In a pot, heat black beans, tomato, and remaining garlic.

Add onions to browned turkey to the beans. Simmer for ~30 minutes.

Serve with avocado-cilantro whip.
