  • 10 ozPearl onions, peeled
  • 5 eachBlack peppercorns
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 eachBay leaf
  • 1/2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a water bath to 85C.

  2. 2

    Combine ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal.
