Ingredients

  1. 29 ozcan of hominy
  2. 6 ozfarmers cheese
  3. 1 tspsaffron flowers
  4. 1 pinchsaffron (stems)
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  7. 1 tspground cumin powder
  8. 1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  9. 2 tbsplime juice
  10. 2 tbspsr flour
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. 1/4 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add hominy

  2. 2

    Stir fry the hominy add spices and lime juice

  3. 3

    Stir well add the cheese and water

    After the cheese is smoothly stirred in add the flour

    Stir in well let sit 5 minutes adjust salt if you need more
