Versatile dish where you can use a variety of vegetables. Instead of sweet chilli sauce this time I used my home made chilli jam and worked wonders, real kick if you like a bit spicy. Can be served with noodles or rice.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsraw king prawns (thawed if previously frozen)
  2. 1red and green peppers chopped
  3. 10buttom mushrooms
  4. 1chopped red onion
  5. 100 gramssoy beansprouts
  6. 1small courgette chopped
  7. 1 dashsesame oil
  8. 1 tbspsweet chilli sauce
  9. dashsoya sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Chop and prepare all the vegetables ready to go on the wok.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok.

  3. 3

    Stir fry king prawns in the wok until they just change colour. Then add chopped vegetables and cook so that they stay crisp and crunchy.

  4. 4

    Stir the sweet chilli sauce in and add a dash of soya sauce at the last minute.
