Ingredients

  1. 1flat iron steak
  2. 1 cupfrozen mango; puree
  3. 1 cupfrozen peaches; puree
  4. 1/2 cuporange juice
  5. 1/2 cuphoney
  6. 1/2 cuprum
  7. 2 tspcayenne pepper
  8. 1vegetable oil; as needed
  9. 1 tbspsmoked paprika
  10. 2 tspancho chile powder
  11. 2 tspallspice
  12. 2 tspground coriander seed
  13. 2 tspgarlic powder
  14. 2 tsponion powder
  15. 1salt and peppercorn melange

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine pureed fruits, orange juice, honey, rum, and cayenne pepper. Marinate steak overnight.

    Rinse and pat steak dry. Coat with enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices. Grill approximately 5-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
