310oz boxes of defrosted spinach
1 cupheavy cream
1/3 cupfinely diced onion
1 tbspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 pinchred pepper flakes
1 bagmixed shredded cheese
1/3 cupparmesan cheese
4 tspmelted butter
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspmccormick Worcestershire seasoning

preheat oven to 375.

drain spinach really well add to a bowl. dice onion finely add to bowl with all other spices, Worcestershire sauce & parmesan cheese, & butter mix well.

spray a 9&13 baking dish, add in spinach mixture. top with cheese bake 20-25 minutes
