  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1 cupminute rice, instant
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupchopped parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter heaping

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything in a pot

    Boil for 2-1/2 minutes till craters form

    Cover and remove from heat let sit 2-1/2 minutes

    Serve I hope you enjoy! If a bit too sour for your taste buds add 1/4 cup of coconut flakes and coconut milk.
