  1. 2egg yolks
  2. 1 cupsmilk
  3. 3/4 cupssifted flour
  4. 11/2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonssalt
  6. 1/2 cupscooked rice
  7. 1egg white beaten
  8. 1 tablespoonsmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift together salt baking powder and flour

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolks

  3. 3

    Stir in milk and flour

  4. 4

    Fold in rice and melted butter and egg whites

  5. 5

    Bake on hot griddle or pan

  6. 6

    Serve with hot syrup
