1 cupsmilk
3/4 cupssifted flour
11/2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/4 teaspoonssalt
1/2 cupscooked rice
1egg white beaten
1 tablespoonsmelted butter

Sift together salt baking powder and flour

Beat egg yolks
3

Stir in milk and flour

Fold in rice and melted butter and egg whites

Bake on hot griddle or pan

Serve with hot syrup
