Ingredients

  • 6 cupsflour
  • 6 tspbaking powder
  • 2 teaspoonsbicarbonate of soda
  • 6ripe bananas, mashed
  • 500 mlwater or more
  • 4eggs
  • 250 gmargarine
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 teaspoonbanana essence

Steps

45 minutes

    Mix margarine with sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mashed bananas

  3. 3

    Add banana essence, flour and water

  4. 4

    Add baking powder and bicarbonate of soda

  5. 5

    Mix to combine, then bake for 45 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
