Salt
2 teaspoonGinger
2 teaspoonGarlic
1/4 kgFresh pepper
3Knorr seasoning

Mix the ginger and garlic,add curry and fresh pepper(blended)

Knorr seasoning and salt.mix very well and a rub on the fish.

Set all the fish on the oven tray and set in the oven.

Leave it for 12 minutes an turn at intervals.
