Ingredients

20 mins
  • 2 cupcarrots (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 cuppeas
  • 1 cupgreen beans
  • 1onion (diced)
  • 4 largepotatoes (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspbbq sauce
  • 2 tspminced garlic
  • 2 lbstew beef (cut into small bite size pieces)
  • 2 canbeef broth
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 2celery stalks (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cupgreen pepper (diced)
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1salt, pepper & other favored seasons to taste
  • 1 tsppaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Season beef with salt, pepper, etc and coat with flour.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onions and then add flour coated beef until lightly browned.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables, beef, broth, water and all other ingredients to crockpot. Cook on high for approx 5 hours. Stew will thicken upon cooking from the flour coated on the beef.
