Ingredients

  1. .6 to 7Baby potatoes.
  2. 3Medium size onion
  3. 5 tspTomato puree
  4. 1 tea spoonGreen chillies paste
  5. 1 tea spoonGinger garlic paste
  6. Pinchblackpepper
  7. PinchAsafoetida
  8. 1 tea spoonCumin seeds
  9. Oil for frying potatoes
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tea spoonCoriander powder
  15. 1/2 tea spoonRoasted cumin seeds powder
  16. 1Bay leaf
  17. 1/2 tea spoonGaram Masala
  18. 1/2 tea spoonCream or malai

Steps

  1. 1

    Take baby potatoes. Peel it. Wash it. Pork it with fork all the sides. Then fry it till it colour turn to lil golden brown. Keep it aside.

    Take onion cut into pieces. Saute till it soft. Make a paste of it.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil. Now add hing, Cumin seeds, bay leaf. Add the paste of onion. Saute for 2 mins. Add tomato puree. Saute for 2 mins. Add all the spices and paste. Add lil water. Saute for 2 mins. Add lil more water to adjust the gravy constitancy.cook for 5 mins.

    Add baby potatoes and garam Masala. Add cream or malai. And serve hot.
