Combine all the ingredients (AATA,maida,salt,oil) in a bowl and knead in to a soft dough,using a little water if required.now grate mooli after that squeeze of all the water from the grated mooli as much as you can and take it in a bowl.
Combine all the spices (dhaniya powder,jeera,lal mirch,bharwa masala,besan)of stuffing along with green coriander and keep a side.
Now take a dough small ball and roll it out in to a small circle using dry flour and then take equal amount of dough to make
