Ingredients

  • 3 cupFlour
  • 1 cupCheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupVelveeta cheese
  • 4 tbspCold butter
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspBaking powder
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 dashParmesan cheese
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400° F

  2. 2

    Combine flour and baking powder with cold butter. Do not overmix, there should be pea-size chunks of butter in there.

  3. 3

    Add cheese, milk and ¼ teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand but don't overmix.

  4. 4

    Divide into ¼ cup portions on a cookie sheet

  5. 5

    Bake biscuits 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in ½ teaspoon garlic powder. Brush over tops of biscuits.
