Sabse pehle suji ko saf kar lo aur dahi se bhigo ke 10 minute tak rakh do.

Ab suji agar gadhi ho Jaye to pani dal ke thoda patla Karo.

Ab garlic aur hari mirchi ko cutter me crush kar lo.

Ab thoda sa oil lo aur Rai, hing aur til ka tadka lagao.

Phir ye tadke mein garlic aur hari mirchi dal do aur ye sub mix kar ke suji mein dalo aur hila do.

Ab usme salt,turmeric powder,methi bhji aur eno dal ke barabar hila do
- 7
Uske baad tave pe thoda oil laga ke suji ka Jo mixture vo dalo or puda banao. Lo garam garam puda ban Gaya.
