  1. Salad
  2. 1bell pepper
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 4green onions
  5. 1 cupquinoa, uncooked
  6. 1avocado
  7. 1 pintsof cherry tomatoes
  8. Dressing
  9. 1/4 cuptamari
  10. 1inch piece of ginger
  11. 2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  12. 1/2 cupeach of water, tahini and chopped parsley
  13. 1 1/2lemons, juiced
  14. 2 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook quinoa according to package instructions

  2. 2

    Chop all vegetables

  3. 3

    Blend all dressing ingredients (tahini onwards) in food processor

  4. 4

    Mix vegetables and quinoa, and pour dressing over salad
