Ingredients

Salad
1bell pepper
1cucumber
4green onions
1 cupquinoa, uncooked
1avocado
1 pintsof cherry tomatoes
Dressing
1/4 cuptamari
1inch piece of ginger
2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
1/2 cupeach of water, tahini and chopped parsley
1 1/2lemons, juiced
2 clovegarlic

Cook quinoa according to package instructions

Chop all vegetables
3

Blend all dressing ingredients (tahini onwards) in food processor
4

Mix vegetables and quinoa, and pour dressing over salad
