1Salt
1Pepper
1Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Cut off bottoms of brussel sprouts & score with x.

Microwave for 2 minutes submerged in water.

Toss in olive oil & seasonings.

Arrange on skewers.

Grill until outsides are crispy. 3-5 minutes per side.
