  1. Gravy
  2. 1 dashsunflower oil
  3. 1 pinchmustard and cumin seeds
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1 sliceginger
  6. 1 smallwhite onion
  7. 1 mediumred onion
  8. 1 1/2 tsphoumous
  9. 25 gramsWensleydale cheese
  10. 3tomatoes
  11. 1 pinchturmeric
  12. 1 pinchchilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  14. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  15. 4mini bell peppers
  16. 1 dozenspinach leaves
  17. 250 gramsdiced Paneer

Steps

  1. 1

    dice the garlic, ginger and onions

  2. 2

    fry the mustard and cumin seeds in the oil in a saucepan until they start to crackle

  3. 3

    add chopped garlic, ginger and onions to saucepan

  4. 4

    add houmous and Wensleydale cheese once onions have browned slightly

  5. 5

    chop and add tomatoes to saucepan

  6. 6

    add all spices and mix

  7. 7

    chop peppers and spinach

  8. 8

    add peppers, spinach and diced Paneer and mix thoroughly

  9. 9

    cover and let cook for approx 15-30 minutes

  10. 10

    uncover and let heat depending on your preference of consistency (e.g. watery or dry)

  11. 11

    serve with lettuce and sour cream or yoghurt and enjoy!
