Ingredients

  • 6 cupwater
  • 2 3/4 cupwhole wheat bulgur
  • 10 ozfrozen spinach
  • 15 ozcan of chickpeas
  • 15 ozcan of whole kernel corn
  • 15 ozcan of sweet peas
  • 1 smallonion sliced length wise
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    boil oils spices and water add bulgur turn off heat cover let sit undisturbed 20 minutes minimum

  2. 2

    add all the vegetables in a pot heat through add to bulgur after 20 minutes I used the gravy from the steaks from the oven recipe
