15 ozcan of chickpeas
15 ozcan of whole kernel corn
15 ozcan of sweet peas
1 smallonion sliced length wise
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspolive oil
2 tbspgranulated garlic powder

boil oils spices and water add bulgur turn off heat cover let sit undisturbed 20 minutes minimum

add all the vegetables in a pot heat through add to bulgur after 20 minutes I used the gravy from the steaks from the oven recipe
