Ingredients

  1. 6 cupwater
  2. 2 3/4 cupwhole wheat bulgur
  3. 10 ozfrozen spinach
  4. 15 ozcan of chickpeas
  5. 15 ozcan of whole kernel corn
  6. 15 ozcan of sweet peas
  7. 1 smallonion sliced length wise
  8. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspsesame oil
  10. 1 tspolive oil
  11. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    boil oils spices and water add bulgur turn off heat cover let sit undisturbed 20 minutes minimum

  2. 2

    add all the vegetables in a pot heat through add to bulgur after 20 minutes I used the gravy from the steaks from the oven recipe
