Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsr cornmeal
  2. 1 cupsr flour
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 largeegg
  7. 12 ozcan of evaporated milk
  8. 1/4 cupdiced jalapeños and a little juice from jar
  9. 1 tsppowdered turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    mix all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    add all the wet ingredients egg included mix all very well

    get frying pan hot add mixture to pan in small batches

    cook like pancakes repeat till done

  5. 5

    I added jalapeños to the last part of mix making about 7
