Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
6 servings
  • 1 cupRice (DO NOT USE INSTANT)
  • 2 canCream of mushroom
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/4 bunchSweet pepper
  • 1/4 bunchgreen peas
  • 1 tspAll purpose flavor
  • 6Pork Chops(if they are the extreme thick ones, use 3 but bisect them to make 6) easier to cook

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    pre heat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    chop green peas and sweet pepper into bite size (I made mine really small)

  3. 3

    Grease the pan (9×12) or wherever you use on ur oven and can hold everything

  4. 4

    Spread rice evenly on pan

  5. 5

    Arrange chops over rice (DO NOT STACK EM)

  6. 6

    In a bowl, combine pepper, peas, flavor, milk, and cream of mushroom an mix well

  7. 7

    Pour mixture over chops covering evenly

  8. 8

    Cook in oven for 90 min or till chops are tender
