cook lasanga as directed

preheat oven to 350°F

drain &squeeze spinach as dry as possible

place tofu, sugar, soymilk, garlic powder, lemon juice, basil & salt in food processor

blend till smooth

stir in the spinach

cover base of 9 x 13'' baking dish with thin layer of pasta sauce then 1/3 noodles, 1/2 tofu mix.

Continue in same order using sauce, noodles, tofu.

End with 1/3 noodles, cover with pasta sauce.

Bake 25 - 30 min. serves 6-8.
