Mix veggie ground round, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire sauce, carrots, onions, celery, 1/2 can condensed tomato soup (save other half for glaze, half way through the baking time) & pepper. Lightly sear mushrooms with oil or butter to release their flavor, and add them to the mixture.

Pack tightly into loaf onţo a baking sheet, pizza stone, or loaf pan. Sprinkle and pat additional breadcrumbs atop your loaf, if you desire a crisper crust!

Bake at 400°F, for at least 1hour. Should be form to touch, with a crunchy crust. Half way to 3/4 way through baking, simmer second 1/2 of condensed tomato soup with 1 tblspn brown sugar & water, until well blended. Use to lightly glaze your loaf. Return to oven for remaining bake time.

Let cool for at least 15 minutes, before slicing. Add ketchup as garnish, to taste.
