On my 14th day being good cooking low fat this recipe doesn't feel nice...feels really naughty. Maybe I put too much soy sauce but I loved it. Also making use of the kale and chinese leaf cabbage that my guinea pigs love because I never know how to use up....

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gramslean lamb cut in stripes
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 2 clovegarlic finely sliced
  4. 2mushrooms sliced
  5. 1/2zucchini chopped
  6. 10french beans cut in small pieces
  7. 100 gramskale
  8. 1/4chinese cabbage
  9. 1 tbspmint finely chopped ( or mint sauce)
  10. 2 dashlight soy sauce
  11. 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Sautee onion until soft in a bit of sesame oil. Brown the lamb and add the soft onion plus garlic. Sautee for 1 minute

    Add the vegetables and the mint sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for 5 to 8 minutes

    In the meantime steam the kale and chinese leaf cabbage in the microwave.

    Before serving sautee the steamed leaves for a bit with a dash of soy sauce.

    Serve the lamb and stir veg with the kale and cabbage.
