Ingredients

  1. 15 largepasta shells
  2. 1 mediumsalsa
  3. 1Yellow onion
  4. 2 cupMexican shredded cheese
  5. 1 lbBeef
  6. 1Taco seasoning
  7. 5 ozCream cheese
  8. 1 mediumtaco sauce
  9. 1sour cream

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop yellow onion finely and Brown beef in a skillet. Half way through browning add chopped onion and mix well. Continue to brown beef.

    Add taco seasoning to the browned beef and mix well. (don't add water)

    Place cream cheese (cubed) in beef. Cover till cream cheese melts. Mix together well and set aside to cool.

    In large pan, bring water to a boil and add shells. Once done strain noodles and place them on wax paper to keep them separated.

    Pour salsa in glass baking pan to cover the entire bottom of the pan well.

    Fill shells with beef and place side by side in glass baking pan.

    Pour taco sauce over the top of all the shells and cover with tinfoil.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Pull baking pan out and cover with mexican cheese. Bake for another 12 minutes uncovered.

    Once finished, let sit for 5 minutes to cool.

    Then simply garnish with dabs of sour cream.
