Preheat oven and roll out your pie crust. Arrange it in the pie pan. Pop it in the oven for 5-8 mins at 375°F.

Put your quinces in a big pot and cover them with water. Boil them for 20 minutes or until the peel goes easily off.

Peel and core the quinces. Put them in a pan and put the lemon juice and the sugar. Let it release their juices. About 30 mins.

Add the cornstarch and cook them until thickened.

Put filling into the pie crust.

Toss the butter,sugar,flour,cinnamon,oats in a bowl and mix it with your fingertips until the butter is like peas. Cover the filling eavenly with the crumble.

Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 at 375 or until the crumble is golden brown and crispy. Let cool at least 1h before serving.
