Ingredients

  • 1extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tagliatelle
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1hot red chilli
  • 1 pinchoregano
  • 1ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1shelled king prawns
  • 1rocket
  • 1thickly grated parmesan

    have a reefer

  2. 2

    put the pasta on

  3. 3

    add a liberal amount of olive oil to a large frying pan

  4. 4

    add chopped or crushed garlic & finely sliced chilli - warm them , don't fry

  5. 5

    add a pinch of oregano

  6. 6

    when the oil is infused with chilli & garlic add the cherry tomatoes

  7. 7

    again warm the tomatoes, rather than fry - you want the tomatoes to be intact

  8. 8

    when tomatoes are softened, add the prawns until just cooked

  9. 9

    meanwhile the pasta should be cooked. drain and return to saucepan

  10. 10

    add the rocket on top of pasta along with the thickly grated parmesan

  11. 11

    poor the tomato, olive oil & prawn mixture on top of the rocket and parmesan, so that the rocket wilts and the parmesan melts.

  12. 12

    serve immediately with lots of black pepper
