Tacos de Brussels los Caliente

Chop jalapeno, garlic cloves, & onion into small pieces.

Shuck Brussels Sprouts into quarters.

Chop Bacon into small pieces.

Heat sautee pan, then set to medium-high, and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Add Onion and Garlic to pan for a couple of minutes, then add Bacon and Jalapeno. Sautee for another 2 minutes, then add the Brussels Sprouts, with a dash of Sea Salt, and Pepper for another 4 minutes.

Add Rice Wine Vinegar and Habanero Hot Sauce, and turn heat up on stove for last minute or so.

Heat Tortillas on an open flame, or however else you want.

Add deliciously spicy contents to to heated Tortillas, and then consume your new creation as moderately or quickly as desired... Bon appétit!
