To prepare boondhi : Mix half of the flours,turmeric pwdr, chilly powder, hing and salt with little water . If you want to be very thin balls add a pinch of baking soda.

The batter should be thick like this. .

The two vessels needed for this are

Pour the batter through the spatula (should have holes in it). And with the spoon stir on top of it. Then batter falls like balls in a hot oil

It looks like this and when it is done ,take it out and spread in paper towels .

To prepare sev : In the same bowl add the remaining flour and same ingredients as before but add very little water

Put that mix into the pressing sieve with very fine holes and press gently into the hot oil

It looks like this and take it out when you see no bubbling in the oil

Deep Fry peanuts in the oil

Deep fry the curry leaves also in the same oil

Put all the fried items in a same bowl and crush the sev. .

Finally the snacks is ready. . If you want little spicy add a pinch of hing , chilly powder and give a quick mix. And can be stored in an air tight box for 15 days
